Contemporary Shingle Style Residence

This twelve acre site fronts a pond in Westchester County. The Client requested a view of the water from every room. The house is situated at the high point of the site, approached through a wooded rise. Upon entering the house a gently sloping lawn and the pond become visible. All wood and stone details are custom designs exclusive to this house.

New Berkshires Vacation House

Approaching the house through the heavily forested woods the lake is not visible until entering this home. Once inside a wrap-around window wall provides panoramic views of the lake. Large sliding glass doors open to the deck and to the screen porch.
